How to Order

At Timeless Love, each life is a unique story. I understand that choosing a tribute is a deeply personal decision, and I am dedicated to creating a truly meaningful piece that beautifully reflects your loved one’s unique personality. I pay close attention to every detail – from the careful selection of textile(s) to the final arrangement – ensuring your wreath is crafted with the dignity it deserves.

1) Select a theme

Browse the ‘Portfolio’ section and choose a hobby or interest that best reflects your loved one (e.g. gardening, fishing, baking, crafting etc.)

For any specific hobby requests or additional details, please use the ‘Special Requirements’ box at the end of the form.

2) Select your preferred display style

• Standard: 35cm / 14″ single gold metal hoop.
• Premium : 30cm / 12″ double metal hoop for added depth and a layered appearance (available in gold or black).

3) Personalise your roses

Each rose is handcrafted from high-quality materials. Please let me know your preferred fabric and colour choices.

Fabrics : you may choose one fabric for a unified design. Or, combine different fabrics and textures for a layered, meaningful tribute – for instance, the elegant sheen of defined satin ribbon roses beautifully complements the warm softness of felt, creating a truly unique and comforting tribute.

Colours : you may select a single shade or mix several different colours to create a meaningful combination that suits your tribute perfectly.

• A 35 cm/14″ single hoop includes 3 or 5 roses.
• A 30 cm/12″ double hoop includes 7 roses.

Love a design? All portfolio themes can be adapted for a single display hoop or a layered double hoop.

For example, the listing photo showing the birdwatching-theme on a double black hoop with 7 roses can be created on a single gold hoop with 3 or 5 roses.

Timeline note: Please allow up to ten days for your bespoke tribute to be lovingly handcrafted.
